All Certificates issued in the preceding month must be notified to the Ketteridge Group Limited not later than the FOURTEENTH (14th) day of the following month. |

In the event of an Agent not Paying the relevant remittance due, they will be �locked out� of the system and unable to issue any Insurance until payment is made. |

In accordance with the Rules and Regulations of recognised Travel Industry Organisations and the European Directive on Package Travel when the premium is paid by the client or on their behalf, or when the insurance is provided �Free� by the Travel Agent all Certificates must be issued within 48 hours as the Insured will be covered immediately for cancellation claims providing that such claims are covered by the terms and conditions of the Certificate issued. There shall be no exceptions to this requirement. |

Without exception, the Agent will be responsible for all premiums due for Insurances issued under this Scheme. |

The Agent will deduct Commission as stated above, from the Gross Rates quoted under this Scheme (unless operating on a Nett basis). |

Once a Certificate/Premium Receipt has been issued, the Agent is NOT permitted to cancel it unless:-
a. A Tour Organiser/Operator cancels the holidays
b. A Tour Organiser/Operator makes alterations to the date of travel which is not convenient or acceptable to the client.
c. It is within fourteen (14) days of issue, provided no claim has been advised or paid, and the client has not travelled.

In the event that an Insured's travel dates are revised to a date within three months from the original dates, it is incumbent upon the Agent to alter the Policy accordingly, provided that this action is confirmed immediately in writing to the Ketteridge Group Limited. Failure to do so may jeopardise any subsequent claim made. |

The Agent will take all necessary precautions to ensure that all unused Certificates etc. are to be kept in a secure place. |
| 9. |
When a scheme expires and the last Return for the period of that scheme has been forwarded to the Ketteridge Group Limited, all remaining Certificates etc applicable to that Scheme must be destroyed and the Ketteridge Group Limited advised in writing of the destroyed documents. This will save the Agent the cost of packaging and posting the unused documents as would normally be required. |

This Agreement will remain in place until such time as the Agent decides to sever their trading relationship with the Ketteridge Group Limited or the Ketteridge Group Limited decides to sever their trading relationship with the Agent. In such instances, 30 days notice must be given by either party, unless it is necessary for the Ketteridge Group Limited to change the content of the Agreement due to changes in, or new legislation applicable to Travel and Insurance Intermediaries. In the event of cancellation of the trading relationship with the Ketteridge Group Ltd, any agreements with regard to annual overrides payable will be cancelled and treated as �null and void�. |

The Ketteridge Group Limited, reserves the right to advise the Agent of immediate cancellation, in writing, of this Agreement, if the terms and conditions as stated in this Agreement are not adhered to. |
| 12. |
This Agreement is governed by English Law. |
| 13. |
GetawayTravelInsurance - We agree to sell the GetawayTravelInsurance exclusively to our clients
unless otherwise agreed by a Director of the Ketteridge Group Limited in
writing. Failure to comply with this condition will result in any special
conditions given being withdrawn.
